- Implement, administer, and manage Cisco Voice over IP Solutions, including the design and implementation of packet telephony networks, signaling, call control, and fax/modem traffic control
- Troubleshoot common configuration and operation issues and problems in an IP network with a focus on integration.
- Install, administer, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager with an emphasis on security and support
- Install and manage Gateways and Gatekeepers with an emphasis on security, reliability and availability.
